How we use them
TicketHub uses cookies for four things: keeping your session alive, attributing affiliate referrals, measuring aggregate usage, and showing ads that keep the platform free. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use TicketHub; its analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can decline at any time.
Advertising (Adsterra)
Ads on public pages (event browsing, blog, help) are served by our advertising partner Adsterra inside sandboxed frames. They appear only for visitors who have not declined cookies and are not Premium members — declining via the cookie banner disables them entirely, and upgrading to Premium removes them for good. Ad frames may set third-party cookies or identifiers governed by Adsterra’s own privacy policy (adsterra.com/privacy-policy). We never show ads during checkout, sign-in, or in any dashboard.
Your choices
You can disable analytics and advertising cookies from the cookie banner that appears on your first visit, or any time from the Privacy section of your Account page. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled — without them, sign-in and checkout will not work.
Third parties
Our payment processors (PayMongo, GCash) may set their own cookies during checkout, and our advertising partner Adsterra may set cookies inside ad frames. Their cookie practices are governed by their own policies.
